  • Chrissie Caulfield – All Things Behind the Scenes

Chrissie Caulfield – All Things Behind the Scenes

Chrissie Caulfield is a musician and software engineer based in Leeds. She plays mainly violin, but also guitar, keyboards and drums and has played electric violin for Leeds bands We Sell Seashells and Catscans and toured Europe and recorded with Crippled Black Phoenix.

She learned recording studio techniques with Cybaddiction Studios, and produces her own albums and albums for bands she plays with as well as doing mastering for other people as required.

Lighting, sound and filming are her main interests outside of music and she enjoys using her extensive IT skills to find interesting and novel ways to  extend her knowledge base.

Chrissie gained a love of the theatre from an enthusiastic (and occasionally sober) drama teacher at school but prefers to remain behind the scenes – unless playing an instrument – it’s possible to hide behind even a violin.
